PHILIPPINE PRESIDENTIAL UNIT CITATION
Based on Dept. of the Army GO#47, dated 28 December, 1950, individuals who
served with the 33rd in the Philippines on any date from 17 October 1944 - 4
July, 1945 is authorized to wear the below ribbon.
